Our Founding
Story
Our facility has been in practice for over 45 years as a pediatrics and adolescent medicine. The reason we switched over from pediatrics to general practice is due to patients having to leave after the age of 18 and over. Now it is less of a hassle and patients have the opportunity to stay connected with our facility for their whole life. We have upgraded and are allowed to see patients of all ages from babies, to adolescents, adults, and grandparents. We strive to empower you to live a healthier, happier life, and enjoy a more healthcare experience through both of our facilities Munoz Family Care and Munoz Urgent Care, Inc.
Important Matters
- Preventive Medicine: We strive for patients to have the best health. Patients have routine physicals with follow ups. This may include vaccines, screenings, and lab work.
- Patients may be referred to other specialists. We work for the patients needs and respectives.
- We will keep treating families with respect, kindness, and empathy. They will always be treated like family. Our main objective is to look for ways to keep you healthy for your own well being.
